Off-Campus Housing
As on-campus housing is reserved for students enrolled in Malibu-based courses, the
University has partnered with VeryApt to provide an off-campus housing portal tailored to students attending classes at
the Calabasas campus. This platform allows students to search for housing in nearby
areas and connect with others seeking roommates.
To access the portal, you must sign up using your active Pepperdine email address.
Students near the Malibu and Calabasas campuses have provided feedback about off-campus

Bookstore
The campus bookstore offers everything you need to be prepared for class and connected
to campus life. From textbooks and course materials to school supplies and Pepperdine
apparel, the bookstore is your go-to source for academic and everyday essentials.
Library
The Payson Library in Malibu is a hub for research, study, and academic collaboration.
With extensive digital and physical collections, expert librarian support, and a variety
of study environments, the library is a key resource for student learning and discovery.
Office of Community Belonging
The Office of Community Belonging fosters an inclusive campus culture where all students
feel seen, heard, and valued. Through programming, advocacy, and partnerships, this
office promotes equity, cultural understanding, and meaningful engagement across the
university.
Spiritual Life
The College of Health Science will be an extension of Pepperdine's Christian mission,
integrating faith and learning and offering students a faith-based perspective of
healthcare that embraces Jesus' call to love our neighbor through compassion, selfless
service, and exceptional care.
Faith is central to the Pepperdine experience. The Hub Spiritual Life offers opportunities
for students to grow in their faith, serve others, and engage in meaningful dialogue.
From chapel gatherings to service projects and mentoring, we support students on their
spiritual journeys.
Student Accounts
The Office of Student Accounts assists students and families with billing, tuition
payments, and account management. Our team is here to provide clear guidance and timely
support to help you navigate the financial aspects of your education.
Wellness Services (Counseling and Health)
Wellness is foundational to student success. Our integrated Wellness Services include
medical care, mental health counseling, and resilience resources. Whether you're managing
stress, seeking treatment, or building healthy habits, we’re here to support your
well-being.
Veteran Services
Pepperdine is where PeppVets are valued, supported, challenged, and prepared for their
lives ahead. We're proud to support those who freely served our great nation.
Parking
Parking at the Calabasas Graduate Campus is free of charge. However, all vehicles
must be registered with Pepperdine University’s Department of Public Safety.
ID Card Services
All students will be issues an ID card.
