Club Resources
The College of Health Science provides a variety of resources and forms to support student organizations in planning meetings, hosting events, and reporting accomplishments. These documents ensure that your organization operates smoothly and aligns with University policies.
Student Organization Recognition Requirements:
- Eligible Membership: You must be a currently registered student (in-person or online) at the College of Health Science.
- Minimum Membership: Organizations must maintain at least 10 active members.
- Unique Mission: Your club must have a distinct purpose that does not significantly overlap with existing organizations.
- Faculty/Staff Advisor: Every organization must be sponsored by a full-time faculty or staff member from the College of Health Science.
- Formal Constitution: You must develop a constitution outlining your purpose and structure. Please use
the template provided in the Student Handbook.
- Drafts must be submitted to the Student Life Coordinator for review and premliminary approval.
- Approvals: Final recognition is granted once the organization receives formal approval from the
respective School Dean's Office and PCHS's Director of Student Services.
