Must Do For Orientation
You are welcome to apply for on-campus housing using the following links. However, Pepperdine is enrolling a very large four-year undergraduate class in Fall 2025. These students are required to live on-campus for their first two years of enrollment. Consequently, on-campus housing will be limited. For this reason, you are encouraged to also explore off-campus living arrangements near Pepperdine's Calabasas campus.
If you would like to apply for on-campus housing, the Housing Portal is open for new first-year and transfer students to submit their housing applications for the Fall 2025 semester. New 4-year students who submit applications after the deadline are still guaranteed housing due to the residency requirement, but are not guaranteed notification of their placement. All placement notifications will be sent prior to check-in day.
