Must Do For Orientation
You are welcome to apply for on-campus housing using the following links. However, Pepperdine gives priority to new four-year students, as they are required to live on-campus for their first two years of enrollment. Consequently, on-campus housing will be limited. For this reason, you are encouraged to also explore off-campus living arrangements near Pepperdine's Calabasas campus.
If you would like to apply for on-campus housing, the Housing Portal is open for transfer students to submit their housing applications for the Spring 2026 semester.
