Graduation Rate
Goal: Matriculate highly qualified applicants who successfully graduate from the program.
Benchmark: Maintain a graduation rate of 90% or higher.
Measurement Criteria: Percentage of matriculated students who complete the program within the expected time
frame.
Board Preparedness
Goal: Prepare graduates with the medical knowledge to enter into clinical practice.
Benchmark: Achieve a first-time PANCE pass rate at or above the national average.
Measurement Criteria: NCCPA first-time pass rate reports for the most recent 5 years.
Employment
Goal: Guide program graduates in the process of securing employment.
Benchmark: 90% of eligible program graduates will secure employment as a PA within one year of
graduation.
Measurement Criteria: Graduate employment surveys post-graduation.
Service
Goal: Foster a culture that values community service.
Benchmark: 100% of students have engaged in community service.
Measurement Criteria: Student advising form audits.
