
Ladan Babaeian
Biography
Ladan Babaeian, DNP, RN, PHN, is a dedicated nurse educator whose professional experience spans nursing education, perioperative nursing, family practice, and healthcare leadership. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University.
Dr. Babaeian’s professional interests and scholarship focus on nurse well-being, burnout prevention, resilience, and the role of physical activity and exercise in supporting the health and well-being of nurses and other healthcare professionals.
As a nursing educator, Dr. Babaeian is committed to preparing students for safe, compassionate, evidence-based practice. Her teaching approach emphasizes clinical reasoning, critical thinking, patient-centered care, and the development of confident, competent nurses. She is passionate about connecting classroom learning with real-world practice while supporting the professional growth and well-being of future nurses.
Dr. Babaeian believes nursing is both a profession and a calling. She is honored to join Pepperdine University and is committed to preparing the next generation of nurse leaders to live lives of purpose, service, and leadership while making meaningful contributions to the health and well-being of their communities.
