Biography

Dean Fullman joined the Pepperdine faculty in 2023 as the founding dean of the School of Speech-Language Pathology. Previously, she served as founding dean of the College of Health Sciences at Faulkner University, guiding the development of graduate professional programs in speech-language pathology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and physician assistant studies, as well as an undergraduate program in health sciences and a PhD in health sciences. Her clinical and research specializations encompass the speech/language and feeding/swallowing needs of medically complex children, including premature infants, craniofacial anomalies, aerodigestive disorders, enteral and parenteral nutrition, and rare disorders. Dr. Fullman holds an master's of science in communication sciences and disorders, doctor of science in speech-language pathology, and master of nusiness administration.
