Caroline Gammill

Assistant Professor
School of Speech-Language Pathology

Biography

Dr. Gammill has a deep passion for the brain, particularly in understanding the neural and cognitive processes that occur in recovery after a brain injury, as well as how adults learn. As a clinician at heart, she brings a wealth of experience from a diverse range of settings, including post-acute neuro rehab, acute care, inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, private practice, and home health. Dr. Gammill is especially dedicated to bridging the gap between research and practice, focusing on teaching both students and practicing SLPs practical, evidence-based approaches to care.
